 Registration Rules

​Registration is formalized through the On-line filling in the application form and will only be validated when you send the proof of payment by one of the following :

• By e-mail: abelc@utad.pt;
• In person, at the UTAD’s Training Office;
• Post mail to the Training Office of UTAD; Pavilion 2, 5001-801 Vila Real, Portugal

Rules

• We shall only consider the entries with the completed data and upon payment of the full amount of the Conference.
• Each participant may only present one oral communication  at the Congress.

 

Registration prices until  1st May (early bird)

• Participants presenting papers - 75 euros 
• Students - 50 euros 
• Others - 50 euros

Registration prices after 1st May

• Participants presenting papers - 100 euros 
• Students - 75 euros 
• Others - 75 euros

The Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunch and conference dinner.
